Hostler Burrows, founded in 1998 by Kim Hostler and Juliet Burrows, has consistently led the evolving market in Nordic design. The gallery was the first in the U.S. to exhibit twentieth century artists and designers such as Axel Salto, Berndt Friberg, Josef Frank, and Finn Juhl, whose works are now highly collectible in the global marketplace and remain relevant in the midst of the current trends of the contemporary art and design world. Located at 35 E. 10th Street, in the heart of one of New York City’s richest destinations for design and decorative arts, the gallery has widened its focus to present a program that includes contemporary works by international artists.
